  1. Before completing this form, applicants are strongly advised to look at the Trust’s website at www.ouseleytrust.org.uk paying particular attention to the section entitled “Procedure & Guidelines”. Our Procedures & Guidelines have been compiled to help assist you in what we fund, how we ask for the application to be completed and submitted, our closing dates, and other useful information.

  2. Please note that all applications, including those made on behalf of an individual, must be submitted by a church, college, school or other institution.
  3. Please answer all sections as fully as possible, as gaps may delay the processing of your application. Do not leave any lines or boxes blank: if necessary, insert “Nil” or “N/A”.
  4. The parent(s) of children aged under 18 will be required to complete a separate Financial Declaration which should be submitted alongside this Application Form. This form is also available via our website www.ouseleytrust.org.uk

    The person or persons making this application, or an adult individual on whose behalf this application is made, are aware that the information which it contains may be shared with the Choir Schools’ Association Bursary Trust and other grant-making bodies and have given their consent thereto.

    The trustees meet twice in each calendar year - usually in the spring and autumn. Applications will not be considered unless they are received by the last day of the preceding February and June respectively.
